Lempbrooke Construction Co. was founded by owner Grant Lempriere as President.  Grant sought out the best of the best and selected Fred Colebrooke and Tim Lytton, with the goal of providing a one stop resource network for those looking for a new home, business or real estate investment in Florida, and offering their services to both United States residents and nationals of the United Kingdom.

Together, Grant, Fred and Tim have over 60 years experience in residential new home and commercial construction projects and properties as well as business investment and property investment. Grant Lempriere

Grant was born in London, England.  His formal education, experience and keen business sense led to his success as an oil futures trader, with a natural expansion into business and real estate investment.  

He spent 15 years back and forth between the United States and the United Kingdom and now makes his permanent home here in Sarasota County, the jewel of Florida's Emerald Coast. 

Grant is quite knowledgeable on the E2 Visa (E-2 Treaty Investor Visa).  He knows what works and what doesn't.  His personal experience and business and investment knowledge, and the cumulative successful  experiences of those he has shared it with, have helped many UK nationals to obtain E-2 Visas.

Fred Colebrooke

Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Fred was raised a southern gentleman in Citrus County, Florida, and has made his career in the real estate and construction industries for the last twenty years. 

His focus, talents, maturity and youthful stamina have allowed Fred to accomplish and experience much while enjoying the bounty of living and working in the heart of Florida's Nature Coast. 

Fred has worked with and learned from some of the most respected home builders in Florida as well as running his own successful residential and commercial construction company.  He literally knows the business from the ground up, from the masons and other trades to the best  banks and lenders.

Fred was also an independent sales consultant for the developer of Citrus Springs, the beautiful master planned community in Citrus County that has taken the real estate market by storm, where Lempbrooke offers new single-family homes, along with the fantastic communities of Sun Valley and the city of Ocala in Marion County, where Lempbrooke is bulding its newest model home and upscale townhomes.

 Tim Lytton

To help insure such quality of construction, Lempbrooke choose Tim Lytton, licensed general contractor.  Tim Lytton was born in West Virginia and raised in Florida. He has grown up in the construction industry and is a third generation general contractor. Through his vast experience, Tim has achieved the highest degree of Contractors License that is achievable in the State of Florida and has carried it for over 25 years. He has managed construction for large national building contractors, along with family run organizations. 

Tim's  commercial projects include motels, medical facilities, retail outlets, office buildings and storage facilities.  His experience in residential construction, from small starter homes to million dollar homes, gives Tim a wealth of information to draw on for homes of any size.
